Kathleen Vouris joined the firm’s Corporate Insolvency Division in 2003 and given her natural ability in insolvency, Kathleen has progressed through each level of the firm to Partner within a short space of time.
Kathleen has gained extensive experience in all areas of Corporate Insolvency, including trading and non trading Voluntary Administrations, Deeds of Company Arrangement, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Receivership’s, Investigative Accountants Reports and Agents for the Mortgagee in Possession. These appointments involve both debtor-based and creditor-based insolvency services. These appointments have spanned various industries, including retail, manufacturing, building, IT, farming and hospitality.
Kathleen prides herself on her capability to obtain information from people in the most pleasant manner even though the circumstances are quite often stressful and at times, hostile. With this attitude, Kathleen has the developed her skills to deal with difficult circumstances, involving disputes and conflicts.
Kathleen has the ability to communicate with all aspects of a corporation, be it debtors, creditors, directors, shareholders, secured creditors and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
