A Partner in the Corporate Insolvency division, Jovandeep Singh joined Hall Chadwick in July 2006 and his work has given him the strong background and experience to lead the firm.
An analytical mind and high attention to detail assists Jovandeep with problem solving and developing alternatives for businesses that are currently facing financial difficulty. This also allows him to work with businesses to address their issues with internal processes and business plans.
Jovandeep has worked with a variety of skilled professionals and industries including Retail, Transport and Logistics, Construction and Finances with an end goal of assisting businesses through difficult times, to come out the other end and continue into the future. This has given Jovandeep the opportunity to understand the many different aspects applicable to each different industry and the knowledge of what is required to succeed within them.
With an increase in borrowings by businesses Jovandeep has extensive experience in assisting borrowers with either repaying or refinancing their debts which in turn results in the recovery of funds for the lenders. This has been achieved via not only formal appointments but also informal engagements in due diligence and exit strategy reports and implementation.
During Jovandeep’s time at Hall Chadwick, he has been exposed to Voluntary Administrations, Deed of Company Arrangements, Liquidations, Recieverships, Agents for Mortgages and Expert Reports such as Investigating Accountant Reports and Solvency Reports.
Jovandeep believes that the two key qualities essential for success are the “willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and being open to different ideas and people. This allows you to deal with whatever problems you face and to extract the best out of everyone to achieve your end goal”.
