Jessica Taylor began working for Hall Chadwick in February 1995 as an undergraduate trainee and was promoted to the position of Associate, Corporate Services, in August 2019.
In her role as Associate, Jessica is responsible for a variety of clients, from sole trader and family businesses to public listed companies, across a broad range of industries including, retail and wholesale trade, manufacturing, investing, professional services, property, and medical industries.
Jessica has gained experience in many areas of taxation and business services, including the provision of corporate services to larger clients. These services include the preparation of prospectuses and Independent Accountants and Independent Experts reports for public companies, business valuations, due diligence assignments and advising on matters regarding the Corporations Law and Australian Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
