With over 20 years of Insolvency and Reconstruction experience, Blair Pleash was the natural choice when Hall Chadwick appointed him to position of Partner in 2008.
Blair has extensive experience in corporate insolvency including voluntary administration and court liquidation as well as in personal insolvency work under the Bankruptcy Act. Blair has also worked extensively for secured creditor clients in receivership, pre lending review and investigative accountant assignments.
Throughout his career he has developed specialised knowledge of the building, hotel and licensed clubs industries. Blair has shared his insolvency expertise through numerous papers on credit issues to industry professionals. At Hall Chadwick, Blair enjoys the challenge of achieving the best result for all stakeholders in difficult circumstances.
“It is my goal to guide my team to develop their potential as insolvency practitioners. I like to think that we can demonstrate how to think outside the square to achieve positive results where other practitioners would consider liquidation to be the only option. “I strongly believe that Hall Chadwick will consistently remain a pre-eminent provider of reconstruction solutions to the business community.”
